What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all phases of projects through the Product Development process, ensuring adherence to schedules
- Define key performance parameters and create regular variance reports to track project progress
- Negotiate project resources and review allocations on an ongoing basis
- Maintain compliance with corporate and public regulations throughout project execution
- Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks and implement process improvements based on findings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of IT Project Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities effectively
- Experience coordinating team workflow in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Visio
