What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage medium-sized projects involving multiple technical, business, and vendor teams
- Facilitate changes to project scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring successful delivery
- Track project progress using tools like Jira and Domo; measure and analyze performance against the plan
- Coordinate work performed by IT staff, internal partners, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project parameters
- Document and publish meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items while ensuring all deliverables are accessible to stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience with significant responsibility progression
- At least 7 years of IT experience, managing more than three types of projects
- Proficient in scrum and project management practices, with strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal communication, business writing skills, and the ability to manage and influence others

- Experience with technical projects involving UI and backend/integrations software development
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
