      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and execute interdisciplinary projects with a focus on federal projects
      - Manage project scope, schedule, and budget across the project lifecycle
      - Plan and manage project staffing requirements
      - Serve as the primary interface with customers and contractor partners
      - Address scope creep, schedule, or quality issues to ensure successful project delivery

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor or Master in Architecture or Building Engineering disciplines
      - 10-15 years of experience in architecture or building engineering fields
      - Minimum of 5 years managing projects, teams, and clients
      - US Citizen, eligible for security clearance
      - Efficient client management and effective communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Federal DoD experience
      - Design/Build alternative project delivery experience
      - Active licensure to practice architecture or engineering
      - Experience with Building Information Modeling (Revit), Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
      - LEED accreditation and sustainable project experience
