What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct regular pillar stand-ups to track initiatives and timelines with sub-pillar leads
- Maintain an accurate project plan within GSD across the pillar
- Communicate updates and statuses to leadership and relevant cross-functional teams
- Document and maintain a RAID log and ensure consistent project documentation for initiatives
- Support pillar owners in building bi-weekly status reports for leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong working knowledge of Google Suite and basic spreadsheet analysis
- Excellent written communication skills
- Good understanding of project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Jira)
- Experience operating independently and being a self-starter
- Analytical, data, and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with marketing technology platforms and tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud
