What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Collaborate with executive leadership and stakeholders to define project scope and success criteria
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies for timely execution
- Identify risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to address project challenges
- Provide transparent reporting on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks to senior leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience, focusing on strategic and enterprise-level initiatives
- Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects within a corporate and/or higher-education environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Critical Path, Hybrid) and tools
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications highly desirable
- Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are a plus
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation initiatives
