      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage operational and tactical aspects of multiple projects, ensuring timely and profitable execution
      - Oversee contractor selection and installation processes to meet project goals
      - Conduct kickoff meetings to define project scope and maintain clear communication with customers
      - Identify and resolve potential project issues through effective problem-solving
      - Collaborate with the sales team to enhance client accounts and assist with project add-ons

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management within industrial, manufacturing, or distribution sectors
      - Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, and CAD preferred
      - Excellent planning, organizing, and execution abilities
      - Willingness to travel to customer sites approximately 50% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Higher level of education, such as a 2 or 4-year degree or PMP Certification
      - Experience in coaching and developing less experienced project managers
