What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects for existing and new clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality standards
- Coordinate ongoing project calls with clients and vendors, overseeing all aspects of the project
- Communicate plans of action with internal business partners and clients
- Utilize project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution
- Conduct onsite meetings with financial institutions to promote collaboration and project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree and 5-9 years of related work experience, or 11-15 years of related work experience
- Thorough knowledge of the EFT processing industry or related experience
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies and banking operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in PC and software applications, with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Intermediate experience in managing conversions involving financial institutions, data processors, ATMs, and a card base
- Strong interpersonal skills to lead, motivate, and promote team building
