What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and direct high-priority projects impacting three or more businesses or functions, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities for team members
- Develop project plans, forecasts, and schedules, working with stakeholders to establish project deliverables
- Communicate project plans to ensure a common understanding and align stakeholders
- Monitor and control project work, including managing budgets and executing change controls
- Improve project team performance through mentoring, training, and fostering cooperation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years proven project management experience, or a combined minimum of 6 years higher education and/or work experience including 4 years of project management experience
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to be assertive and ask probing questions
- Proficiency with personal computers and pertinent software packages
- Familiarity with risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls
- Experience working specifically for banks and/or financial institutions is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a plus
- Project Management Certifications
