      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, design, and manage new facility construction projects across the employer's network
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, execution strategy, and success measurements
      - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality results
      - Coordinate schedules with vendors and communicate project updates to relevant parties
      - Research and resolve issues while adhering to company policies and applicable laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, or equivalent education and experience
      - Minimum of 7 years of project management experience in facilities design and implementation, focusing on energy savings programs and solar power systems
      - Strong analytical skills, including financial analysis and modeling
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational abilities
      - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access
