What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple cross-functional and technical network deployment projects
- Collaborate with functional teams during all phases of project management from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules and risk analysis
- Monitor project performance using metrics and KPIs, providing regular status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and track project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years of related experience
- 2 to 5 years of project management experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, preferably with data centers or network hardware
- 2+ years of experience with data center lifecycles and/or large-scale networks
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Strong observational and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Various certifications (PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PPM, CPD, CPMP, etc.)
- Understanding of the OSI model
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
