What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment to ensure optimal business value delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, resource forecasts, training, and communication plans for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) to effectively manage project complexity, priority, and risk
- Monitor project progress and maintain expected standards throughout its development, initiating corrective actions as necessary
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A bachelor's degree or above is required
- PMP Certification is required; SAFe and Agile certification preferred
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience managing multiple, complex, enterprise-wide projects
- Ability to travel one to two times a year to Portland, Oregon
- Exceptional communication skills with experience tailoring messages to various audiences
