What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, scope, and requirements
- Manage project scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines
- Allocate resources effectively, coordinating with other departments as necessary
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Maintain project documentation and facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 8-10 years of related work experience required
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Aha!, JIRA, Confluence, and others
- PMP certification strongly preferred
- Experience in Pharma/Biotech and patient support program implementation required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in patient support and hub services
- Deep understanding of patient support and pharmacy operations
- Experience drafting Statements of Work (SOWs) for technical projects
- Knowledge of data exchange between software platforms, such as APIs and sFTP
- Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
