What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate new TPA or employer client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery
- Assist with impact analysis to ensure a smooth implementation
- Document all requirements in project templates and obtain client approval
- Create and maintain a high-level project plan
- Monitor project progress and report back to internal management and clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area preferred
- Knowledge of PBM or health care industry
- Minimum 3 years project management experience with external clients
- Strong team orientation and commitment to client service
- Willingness to travel as needed

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Valid State Driver's License and current Automobile Insurance Policy
- PC skills; Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet
