      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through project activities
      - Manage service delivery, scope, resources, timelines, and change order process
      - Proactively identify, communicate, and manage engagement risks
      - Analyze project forecasts, budgets, reports, and metrics to ensure on-time and on-budget deliverables
      - Support select sales activities and presentations as the subject matter expert

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma with equivalent experience
      - 3+ years of project management experience
      - Strong project management skills, including budget management and resource planning
      - Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and SQL/Database management tools
      - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification is a plus
      - Experience in project management within the healthcare industry
