What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of federal grant and loan application tasks
- Collaborate with the Grant Submittal Manager to manage and maintain necessary documentation
- Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders to keep all parties informed
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, project management, or related field with 3 years of qualified experience, or a two-year Associate's degree with 5 years of qualified experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Associate or demonstrated competencies in project management
- Valid driver's license required
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Experience in grant writing or federal funding applications
- Familiarity with federal grant and loan application processes and regulations
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
