What is Required (Qualifications):

- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of risk management, quality management, and change control practices

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in government services or IT projects
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of state project management policies and standards
