What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement supplier performance and quality standards for retail programs
- Manage stakeholder relationships and oversee project deliverables in a matrixed environment
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful service delivery
- Lead the implementation of best practices and innovative program solutions
- Provide centralized leadership and regular updates to executive and program leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Project Management or Program Management role, preferably in retail
- Proficient in productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and Clarizen
- Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience in a matrixed environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex operational matters
