What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and achieve profit plans, meeting and exceeding goals
- Participate in proposal writing and interviews
- Develop and maintain work plans to meet project goals and schedules
- Guide clients through decisions and design process
- Provide high-quality documents that meet industry standards and project requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university, with current architectural licensure and NCARB record
- Experience and interest in Industrial projects serving communities in Military, Public Works, Manufacturing, and Power Company sectors
- Successful track record of achieving project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a construction budget of $5M+
- Strong verbal, graphic, and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of building codes, science, and architectural processes/standards
- Proficiency in Revit software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in Industrial projects or related sectors
