What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the direction, coordination, and completion of specific projects in line with the health system's strategy and goals
- Acquire necessary resources and manage project scope to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Develop and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, and cost estimates with stakeholders
- Engage the project team and provide periodic updates on project status to key stakeholders
- Mentor and support less experienced team members and health system employees in project management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
- Five (5) years of experience in project management with a Bachelor's degree; seven (7) years with an Associate's degree; or nine (9) years with a High School diploma or GED
- Proven ability to lead complex project initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and respond to internal customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare industry experience
- Experience managing Epic or healthcare software projects
- Strong analytical skills and ability to implement program strategies
