What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary coordinator for the receipt and log-in of samples and standards
- Manage shipment requests and sample workflows to support laboratory analysis
- Track project progress and provide status updates to the client team
- Initiate project setup processes and manage reagent documents
- Coordinate and track completion of internal lab-based projects, including audits and incident reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in sample management, lab analysis, or project management in a lab environment
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- General knowledge of clinical trial processes and programs
- Demonstrated experience in identification and resolution of technical problems in a professional environment
- Ability to conduct oral presentations effectively
