What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects across various phases, including pre-design, design, construction, and completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and proactive communication
- Define and document project scope, goals, and quality standards while managing costs and schedules
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Collaborate with team members and clients to foster an environment of accountability and excellence
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and responsive, with strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel to various client locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
