What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain comprehensive project timelines, deliverables, and task trackers
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal teams and client communications
- Track budget and scope changes, flagging risks and dependencies in real time
- Improve team workflows, documentation, and reporting structures to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, content rollouts, event timelines, and creative approvals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or media environment
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and large-scale deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with a systems mindset, comfortable using project management tools like Notion or Asana
- Effective communicator with executive presence and client-facing experience
- Deep attention to detail and an ability to zoom in/out across multiple timelines and workstreams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with events, content marketing, creative production, or brand partnerships
- A passion for Bitcoin and alignment with the company's mission
- Project management certifications such as PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or PRINCE2
