      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead project tasking and delivery in a government client consulting environment
      - Manage relationships with clients and identify new opportunities for engagement
      - Develop high-level strategic initiatives and facilitate technical discussions to address project challenges
      - Provide Agile Scrum Master support and ensure adherence to Agile processes
      - Coach team members and the Product Owner on backlog refinement and prioritization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Authorized to work for any U.S. employer and ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance
      - Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of total experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - 5+ years managing IT projects using Agile methodologies
      - 5+ years of experience with Scrum/Kanban methodologies
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP certification preferred
      - Certified Scrum Master or SAFe certification preferred
      - Experience with Atlassian products such as JIRA and Confluence
