What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and support project management, process management, information management, reporting, and planning for team
- Facilitate and coordinate multiple projects for large-scale events
- Develop key relationships with team members and field leaders
- Provide project status updates, milestones, and risk assessments to senior management
- Conduct project progress meetings and facilitate retrospective review meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-10 years of relevant business experience
- Ability to manage projects from beginning to end
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of decision-making and problem-solving techniques
