What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop implementation strategies and roadmaps
- Oversee the execution of project plans and hold stakeholders accountable for deliverables
- Coordinate requirements gathering for new pension administration systems
- Manage risks and adjust implementation strategies based on project outcomes
- Facilitate status meetings and provide knowledge transfer among team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a Program/Project Management role
- Five (5) years of experience in State or Government pension services industry
- Experience with Agile methodology in a project environment
- Strong knowledge of JIRA or equivalent project tracking tools
- Proven ability to manage program/project development from inception to completion on time and within budget
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in a relevant field, substituting for three years of experience
- Experience in leading user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Familiarity with CRM software or workflow automation tools
- Strong technical skills including databases and SQL
- Previous consulting or contractor experience in a Program/Project Manager role
