What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and partner carriers
- Monitor project timelines, KPIs, and SLAs while generating and distributing reports
- Communicate progress and updates to customers and internal teams regarding service delivery
- Manage day-to-day deliverables and analyze service delivery performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of four years of experience in project management or related fields within a Network Services Provider
- Experience with network services such as SD-WAN, Connectivity and Access, and Unified Communications
- Proficiency in productivity tools including MS Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Outlook, and Word)
- Strong time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Technical knowledge in data network services is a plus
