      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage day-to-day operations of the production support team (Tier 2 and Tier 3)
      - Collaborate with the customer project manager to develop a production support schedule for weekend and evening support
      - Organize and facilitate SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups and sprint reviews
      - Analyze internal business processes to recommend improvements for efficiency and growth
      - Build strong working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree plus at least five years (5+) of experience in an Agile development environment
      - Ability to be on call during evenings and weekends
      - Experience in supporting Java-based applications in production
      - Excellent written and oral communication and customer service skills
      - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working experience in federal or state courts is a plus
      - Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
      - Energetic, goal-oriented, proactive, innovative, hardworking, and patient
