What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary representative for the company with clients and subcontractors during project execution
- Negotiate changes to project scope with clients and oversee project execution plans
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure adherence to established goals
- Mobilize company resources to form effective project teams for quality work
- Monitor and report project progress, including significant milestones and potential issues affecting cost or schedule
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related technical/business field
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience, specifically with CMAR projects
- Experience managing construction projects valued between $15M and $100M or larger
- Proven ability to manage projects and interface effectively with clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills along with a thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Navajo language speaking skills
- Knowledge of project scheduling in coordination with project requirements
- Professional registration may be preferred
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications considered an asset
