What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate with clients and the NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) to secure application approvals
- Review plans to ensure compliance with NYC building codes and zoning laws
- Research and retrieve records from NYC City agencies
- Manage and oversee all alteration projects
- Collaborate across teams to achieve project goals and provide assistance as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or a Class 2 DOB ID in good standing with relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork skills to work effectively across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with DOBNOW
- Knowledge of NYC building codes, zoning laws, and expediting processes
- Possession of a Class 2 DOB ID (preferred but not required)
