What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee deployments from initiation to execution for assigned customer projects
- Coordinate with partners and customers to ensure a successful implementation process and customer satisfaction
- Create and manage commercial and pilot project plans
- Identify risks and escalate issues early to maintain project timelines
- Communicate internal and external project updates effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position in a B2B SaaS company, managing the entire project lifecycle
- PMP or CAPM certification is a must
- Proven experience collaborating with R&D teams and engaging with C-suite for B2B SaaS or B2G customers
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel domestically 25%-35% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in ESInet and I3 technologies
- Experience in cloud-based deployments
- Familiarity with Public Safety organizations
