What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain clear and accurate marketing calendars for team alignment
- Prioritize campaign inputs such as briefs, timelines, and audience insights
- Partner with the Senior Program Manager for strategic campaign sequencing
- Coordinate planning meetings with strategy and marketing partners
- Identify and resolve early risks or blockers in campaign execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in project or program management, ideally within marketing
- Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly
- Proficiency with project management tools and familiarity with strategy and analytics
- Capacity to navigate multiple partners and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working in collaborative environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with planning and a passion for helping others succeed
