      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate and distribute weekly updates, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights
      - Assist in the synthesis of executive reporting and collaborate with stakeholders for clarity and impact
      - Support the development of content for leadership engagements, including conferences and events
      - Help plan and execute organization-wide events that align with strategic objectives
      - Maintain and enhance the organization's SharePoint site as a central hub for information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic planning, executive reporting, or internal communications
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially for preparing materials for senior leadership
      - Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with collaboration platforms like Teams or Confluence
      - Background in content development for newsletters and strategic briefings
      - Ability to support planning of leadership events and employee engagement initiatives
