What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the day-to-day operation and personnel of assigned projects to ensure productivity and engagement
- Act as the primary contact for clients regarding contract execution and maintain project information in CRM
- Develop solutions based on customer needs while ensuring deliverables meet client expectations
- Monitor project financials and achieve business objectives related to assigned projects
- Foster employee engagement and support team growth through mentoring and feedback
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of ten years of experience in government/defense contracting, with at least five years in a management capacity
- Proven project management skills, including the ability to create and maintain technical project plans and schedules
- Previous experience in Navy shipboard planning and maintenance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Reliability and the ability to meet work schedules consistently

- Familiarity with business management tools such as Costpoint, Deltek, and CRM systems
