What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage low, medium, and high complexity technical projects from inception to completion
- Process orders, quotations, and inquiries accurately and efficiently for builders
- Communicate drawing and shipping schedules with customers and builders
- Analyze and discuss the impact of potential Change Orders with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer expectations are exceeded
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10+ years of industry experience in sales, estimating, engineering, drafting, or project management
- Mastery in executing complex technical projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with mathematical proficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced understanding of construction fundamentals and engineering principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (desirable, but not required)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with people at all levels
