What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, tasks, resources, and budgets
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal/external stakeholders
- Lead internal and external project kickoff meetings and facilitate weekly status meetings
- Communicate effectively and act as the escalation point for project-related issues
- Identify and recommend process improvements to mitigate risks and enhance project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree preferred (significant, relevant experience may substitute)
- PMI certification (CAPM or PMP) is preferred
- Proficient with project management tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build professional rapport
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using Wrike and/or ConnectWise
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with a drive for professional growth and personal development
- Highly organized and effective at managing workflows across cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills; collaborates well with internal teams and external clients
