      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee all aspects of program and project execution to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget delivery
      - Collaborate with interdepartmental teams, executive sponsors, and key stakeholders to achieve strategic goals
      - Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and methodologies aligned with organizational goals
      - Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and implement change management plans
      - Facilitate project team roles, responsibilities, and tasks while ensuring alignment with project priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine years of experience as a project manager with small to medium projects in IT infrastructure or related fields
      - A bachelor's or higher degree in information system technology, business, public administration, or a related field
      - Experience in Agile project management methodologies and frameworks
      - Strong communication skills with experience in documenting project objectives and customer needs
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and expert-level experience with Microsoft Project Server/Project Online

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in information system technology, business, public administration, or related fields
      - Three years of experience managing professional technology staff within state government or related private industry
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      - Knowledge of technical environments, cloud, and enterprise applications development
      - Experience in Change Management methodologies or CCMP certification
