  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  - Actively track team members’ planned and completed work to ensure accountability
  - Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications and status updates
  - Identify and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation plans
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
  - Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
  - Strong foundational understanding of project management principles (scope, schedule, cost, risk)
  - Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery within a project-managed environment
  - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Prior experience in the homeowner’s industry
  - Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Miro, Smartsheet, or MS Project
