What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Actively track team members’ planned and completed work, ensuring accountability
- Lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications and status updates
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field
- Project management certification (PMP, CAPM)
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience managing projects within the homeowner’s insurance domain
- Strong foundational understanding of project management principles
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery within a project-managed environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, Miro, Smartsheet, or MS Project
