Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales executives, management, and partners to define project scope, objectives, and goals that align with business requirements.
- Develop and communicate project plans and associated documents, utilizing Siemens project process and management principles.
- Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to the customer and the company.
- Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and manage project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Track project landmarks and results, measure project performance, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager with experience in complex product orders or systems in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Technical understanding of electric motors is helpful.
- Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- 10% travel required.
