What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage multiple projects at various phases including security, signage, renovations, and tenant improvements
- Lead project teams consisting of architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Provide weekly updates on project schedules, budgets, and risks to the team and clients
- Develop risk management plans and ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
- Oversee project documentation and ensure timely completion of all project phases

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in design and construction
- Experience with project scope development, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and contract negotiations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project scheduling software, and web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project Management certification preferred
- Experience in Financial Services is a plus
