      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate due diligence efforts on behalf of the internal team, project partners, clients, and end users
      - Prepare RFPs for vendor and contractor services and manage the selection process
      - Develop and maintain Master Project Schedules and project budgets
      - Act as the primary contact with clients throughout the project duration
      - Manage project performance against schedules, milestones, and compliance with client expectations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
      - 2-5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate project management
      - Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
      - Certifications such as LEED, AIA, PE, or PMP
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
      - Experience with managing complex client assignments
      - Ability to communicate analyzed data to clients and team members
