      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Track progress of cross-functional contributors on outstanding tasks and maintain clear communication between stakeholders
      - Manage and document cross-functional meetings, ensuring agendas, decision tracking, and follow-ups are in place
      - Oversee the tracking and completion of action items related to various workstreams and external stakeholder requests
      - Proactively identify process and communication gaps to enhance project efficiency
      - Attend external stakeholder meetings and procure detailed meeting notes for project documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate degree, or
      - Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, or
      - Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience, or
      - Associate’s degree with 8 years of experience, or
      - High school diploma / GED with 10 years of experience
      - Proven experience in advanced project coordination and multi-stakeholder management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Consulting experience with large firms and mid-to-large corporations
      - Strong working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
      - Highly proficient meeting note-taking and action tracking skills
