What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and milestones to align with client objectives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining regular communication
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities
- Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure desired outcomes are achieved
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management within a professional services, consulting, or similar environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification or equivalent
- Experience working with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Office, Asana, or Monday.com
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying levels of complexity
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to professional services
