What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and deliver challenging construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgeting and scheduling strategies
- Manage client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution
- Establish and refine work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of successful, diverse teams through inclusive communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project or construction management
- Corporate office construction project management experience preferred
- Proficiency in project management technology tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
