What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and deliver IAM projects, including automating static credential retrieval processes
- Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project success
- Present clear and concise project updates to leadership, showcasing strong storytelling and communication skills
- Coordinate project activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with organizational goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in large enterprise environments
- Demonstrated expertise in IAM, with familiarity in PAM considered a plus
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) and ServiceNow for project tracking and management
- Experience working in a blended Waterfall/Agile environment
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to engage stakeholders and leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Local to Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL
- Experience presenting to senior leadership with a focus on KPIs and project outcomes
