      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage 8 geographically dispersed project managers and oversee project management support for Navy Medicine Enterprise
      - Collaborate with customers to ensure they have the necessary resources for assigned projects
      - Provide administrative support, including production of briefing slides and project documentation
      - Develop management plans, procedures, and methodologies for project operations
      - Oversee program criterion deployment and ensure continuous improvement through quality checks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Secret Clearance
      - A Bachelor's Degree
      - Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
      - 3 years of experience in managing projects (post PMP certification)
      - Demonstrated knowledge and experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Navy Medicine, Defense Health Agency, or other federal healthcare environments
      - Familiarity with the PPBE process and Navy/Marine Corps staff experience
      - Knowledge of Max.gov, SharePoint, and SPIDR applications
      - Competence with MS Office 365 suite and MS Teams
