What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project management for productivity and transportation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery from concept to stabilization
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Monitor performance against productivity targets and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with various teams to support network optimization and transportation strategies
- Communicate progress and insights clearly to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Store leadership and/or store operations experience with a focus on team development
- Proven experience in leading large program management efforts and establishing governance structures
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic business landscape
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience influencing strategic agendas
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data
