      Our Professional Services team is dedicated to our customers, ensuring they are successful in implementing and adopting the Accruent products they purchase. You will be a key player in helping our clients map a path within the Accruent platform to solve their overarching business problems and drive data-driven intelligence through our products. We are looking for highly motivated, fast moving and dynamic individuals to help implement our world class platform solutions and contribute to continuous improvement as Professional Services evolves to deliver higher-quality, higher-efficiency Projects at scale.

      The Project Manager is responsible for the detailed work associated with managing client implementation of Accruent software and other client engagements with Professional Services through the lifetime of their subscription. This includes, but is not limited to, project scoping and planning, continuous project tracking and reporting, managing project budget, coordinating resources alongside deliverables, consistently communicating with project team members and stakeholders, managing risks, maintaining accurate assignments and forecasts, and effectively leveraging governance frameworks. The Project Manager is accountable for overall successful project delivery, while ensuring project resources and efforts are prioritized accordingly to maximize delivery efficiency as tracked against the overall project timeline and budget. Client projects vary widely in duration and complexity, from rapid, high-volume projects (4-6 weeks) to complex projects with multiple parallel workstreams (12-18 months); the Project Manager is responsible for successful delivery across a broad portfolio of concurrent projects in differing stages.

      This role will be working across a variety of Accruent products within the Professional Services organization and as part of Project Management Office (PMO).

      This position reports directly to the Professional Services PMO Senior Manager and will be a remote opportunity.

      How you'll make a difference:

      Ensures Project success, as defined by the project scope, budget, and timeline

      Ensures Project adherence to Accruent delivery methodology

      Manages the signed client contract, all commercial agreements, and all project documentation

      Manages the Project Budget including appropriate billing of project hours, accuracy in future forecasting and logging for project expenses

      Measures, tracks, and evaluates progress against the project plan, deliverables, milestones and required tasks

      Prepares project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues

      Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget

      Develops complex project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources in conjunction with the Professional Services Manager

      Identifies and quickly mitigates project issues and risks, documenting and communicating resolution updates accordingly

      Identifies when a request deviates from original project scope, initiates change management conversations and negotiates contract terms with client

      Drives Change Order contract creation with support from the Professional Services Manager

      Exhibits exceptional judgement when navigating project decisions, escalating to the Professional Services Manager when appropriate

      Leads project team members towards a common goal while driving personal accountability and setting appropriate expectations for project deliverables

      Fosters positive employee morale and teamwork, creates an environment conducive to problem solving and achievement

      Assists with presale activities including meetings and conference calls to determine needs analysis and project scope

      Builds positive, collaborative relationships with clients and prioritizes a high quality Services experience

      Capitalizes on opportunities to sell additional resources/services to clients when appropriate to increase revenues over planned targets

      Coordinates two to six resources within each assigned Project Team

      Coaches and mentors peers on best practices and project delivery methodology

      Proactively leverages opportunities to deepen comprehension of new skills by teaching peers and others aspiring to develop into Project Manager role

      What you bring to the table:

      2+ years Project Management experience

      Bachelor's degree required; preferred in related discipline: Business, Management, CS, MIS, Communication

      Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with preference to software implementation and development related projects

      Strong verbal and written communication skills - proactive, thorough, and transparent in communication

      High degree of accountability and independence

      Highly adaptable and comfortable learning through experimentation

      Preferred skills/experience:

      PMP certification or PMP training
