What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee clinical trial projects, ensuring quality deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Lead medium to high complexity global projects, managing team dynamics and project timelines
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and contract research organizations to maintain communication and adherence to reporting schedules
- Review and analyze operational metrics and documentation to ensure successful study oversight
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure laboratory requirements and project specifications are met
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of two years of central laboratory project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of related experience
- Strong customer service skills and excellent organization, communication, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform calculations and manage budgets effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist and/or Registered Nurse
- Experience with SharePoint, SalesForce, and Microsoft Visio
