What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end project delivery for the employer's Bright Suite modules across supply chain and warehouse management domains
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and support
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure accurate and timely project execution
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and communication plans in coordination with stakeholders
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify successful outcomes and lessons learned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 4-8 years of project management experience in SaaS, WMS/TMS, supply chain, or enterprise software domains
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred (in-progress or completed)
- Strong working knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Mavenlink, Smartsheet, etc.)
- Proficiency in customer-facing roles, with the ability to manage multiple high-value accounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Deposco WMS or comparable systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Oracle WMS)
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ownership mindset
- Exceptional time management and multitasking ability across simultaneous implementations
- Analytical and data-driven approach to project oversight
- Team mentorship and collaborative leadership abilities
